Enter this property via a lobby with plenty of storage for shoes and coats. Follow the painted wooden floorboards through the wide doorway to the spacious lounge with a collection of sofas and armchairs – including one adjustable/electric armchair – and views across the garden to Southwold pier. A vast, airy, L-shaped kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cater for a large party, including a dining table for nine, additional seating at the breakfast bar, and a cosy seating area with a leather sofa and easy chairs. The ground floor is also home to a family room which sleeps four in a double bed and full-sized bunk beds and has an elegant en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is an accessible single. It features a fully adjustable bed with a pressure relief mattress and a ceiling hoist with tracking to the shared bathroom, which holds an accessible shower, WC and handbasin plus grab rails. A spiral staircase with a stair gate at the top leads from the kitchen to the first floor. There you will find a second sitting room stylishly decorated with polished wooden floorboards, leather sofas and easy chairs arranged around the wood burner. Glass doors lead out to a furnished balcony with beautiful views of Southwold pier and the sea. Off the living room lies the main bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom on the first floor is a twin, accessed via three steps down from the living room. A separate WC off the sitting room means no one has to go downstairs at night to use the facilities. Aside from the first-floor balcony, this property has a ground-floor wheelchair-accessible garden and south facing deck accessed from the kitchen. The deck is furnished with chairs and a table and has a ramp leading down to the garden and parking area. From the decking, you can access a handy utility room with laundry facilities, a freezer, BBQ and storage space.
This property has parking for three cars, one space has a level paved path to the entrance lobby of the accommodation. The other two spaces are inside the gated and fenced garden.
