This stylish coastal lodge retreat is conveniently positioned close to St Merryn with far reaching views overlooking Trevose Head, located just 4 miles from the popular town of Padstow, renowned for its picturesque harbour, great choice of restaurants and boutique shops.
The property is ideally positioned for exploring the numerous golden, sandy beaches and South West Coast Path along the North Cornwall coastline. The closest being stunning Porthcothan Bay, 1.5 miles away. Travelling further afield, you can spend a day at the Eden Project or other well-known towns such as St Ives, where you will find the Tate Gallery as well as more beautiful beaches and a wonderful selection of restaurants and shops. In the evening, the area offers a variety of countryside pubs to suit all tastes.
As you enter this beautiful and well laid out house, you will find to the left of the entrance the wonderful dining room and homely kitchen which features distant sea views with also an impressive dining table for all the family to gather around for hearty home cooked feasts, a bedroom leads off of this area that benefits from patio doors to the back garden area and an en-suite bathroom.
