Further afield, the popular tourist attractions of The Eden Project, Penzance and St Michael’s Mount are all within easy reach.
Arranged on one level, this detached barn conversion offers open-plan accommodation steeped in original charm, from exposed ceilings beams above to wooden flooring below. At one end of the large reception room is a contemporary kitchen, which includes an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Dine at the good-sized table before retiring to the lounge area where comfortable sofas surround a large coffee table. Unwind in front of the TV/DVD for the evening. There are three bedrooms in this property, a super-king size with en-suite shower, a king-size and a single. There is also a family bathroom with shower over bath.
Outside, a private enclosed garden is bordered by a traditional dry stone wall. With garden furniture and a BBQ, this is an ideal space to enjoy al fresco meals and lazy afternoons.
