This stylish timber-framed property is set on the edge of The New Forest National Park. From here you can head to the beautiful beaches at Avon and Mudeford or perhaps visit Bournemouth with its popular amusements and pier. The towns of Ringwood in Christchurch are easily accessible and offer a good selection of local amenities including shops, restaurants and cafés. For those wishing to get active, head to the nearby fishing lakes or outdoor activity centre. Many walking and cycling routes also run nearby, winding through the spectacular landscape that this area is renowned for.
Adjacent to the owners’ home yet with privacy assured, a winding path and external steps lead to the private entrance into this elevated detached cabin. Once inside, you are met with a cosy yet stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This snug and comfortable space has room to unwind beside the Smart TV, or enjoy leisurely home-cooked meals at the table. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment and microwave. Heading further into the property ,you will find two compact but fabulous double bedrooms, which have been decorated with care to give you a feeling of sleeping within the trees. The bedrooms share the contemporary shower room with WC.
Stepping outside via the lounge or kitchen area takes you onto a beautifully stylish deck, which wraps around two sides of the property. A step leads to an area set within the trees, which is home to a stunning sunken hot tub with shelter above. Garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ makes this the ideal spot for sun-downers or dining alfresco. A shared lawn sits to the front of the property with picnic benches. Two off-road parking spaces are available approximately 15m from the property.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
