The perfect choice for beach lovers as the sandy stretches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton just around the corner. After a day in the surf head to nearby Ilfracombe to dine in the quayside restaurants or browse the independent shops. Not only is this area a surfer’s paradise, but it also offers spectacular walks and cycle routes along the famous South West Coast Path, Tarka Trail and through Exmoor National Park. During your stay, the other local attractions of Watermouth Castle, Lynton Cliff Railway and National Trust Arlington Court are all well-worth a visit.
This apartment is on located on the second floor and is accessed via a flight of external steps. Upon entering you will walk into the spacious Lounge/kitchen/diner with TV/DVD and bi-folding doors to balcony where you can relax on the garden furniture and enjoy the stunning sea views. Why not cook up a storm in the Kitchen? With electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher. The separate WC also contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Leaving the open-plan living area you will find three bedrooms. 1 king-size enjoying stunning views and en-suite shower and WC. Another 1 king-size room (can be made into a twin on request) with TV and en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom with small bath, shower and WC, and there is a double room with a small sized double bed, also with access to Jack and Jill bathroom.
Outside you will find an enclosed balcony with seating and private hot tub enjoying beautiful sea views.
