Enjoying lovely Sea Views this two-storey cottage with a bright and breezy Cape Cod feel, has plenty of outdoor space for watching the boats in the marina.
The centre of Pwllheli, the unofficial capital of the Llŷn Peninsula, is less than a mile away, with its shops, restaurants and entertainment. Beautiful South Beach, mostly shingle, is on the doorstep and stretches all the way to Llanbedrog (5 miles). Perfectly situated between Eryri- Snowdonia National Park for monyains lakes and castles, and the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that is the Llyn Peninsula, for beaches and watersports, you’ll never be short of things to do and places to explore.
Open-plan living on the ground floor offers a great kitchen/dining area plus space to lounge. This retreat is beautifully decorated throughout to create a warm and welcoming space to unwind. The glass, sliding, kitchen door opens out onto the lovely garden area. Upstairs is a cosy lounge with a TV and door leading to the balcony with marina views. The delightful bedroom offers views to the sand dunes, and has a dressing room/office with storage and a desk. Ideal for home working.
Outside at the rear of this retreat, there’s a garden half laid to gravel and plants, and half a paved area with outdoor seating, table, chairs and BBQ.
