This Luxury holiday apartment is set on the top floor of a new development in Brighton Marina Village and has views from every room out across the harbour.
The marina is the largest in the UK and has plenty of amenities including a cinema, bowling alley, glow-in-the-dark golf, a casino and a gym, as well as a range of shops offering fashion, home furnishings, gifts and accessories. Outdoor enthusiasts can go on a boat trip, learn to sail or go jet skiing, or you can head into Brighton to the beach and pier, less than a mile away. Alternatively, spend time in the city’s cultural and shopping hub of North Laine, 2 miles away.
The apartment is reached via a lift to the eighth floor and has a large hallway at the entry. The open-plan living area includes wooden flooring throughout and two leather sofas, as well as a contemporary glass dining table with four chairs. A door from here opens onto a balcony overlooking the harbour. The sleek kitchen has all you need to self-cater and the bathroom features a shower over the bath. One bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, and the other has twin beds. A handy washer/dryer is located in a hallway cupboard.
Although there is no outside space, the balcony is a great spot for morning coffee or an evening drink, and the delights of the marina village are on your doorstep.
