The famous Monsal Trail (4 miles) is perfect for any cyclists, with beautiful views, and historic railway tunnels and viaducts waiting along its course. For memorable days out that celebrate the Peak District’s history and beauty, head to popular destinations that include Eyam (4 miles), Castleton (6 miles), Bakewell (8 miles), Buxton (10 miles), and Chatsworth House (12 miles).

At the end of each busy day away, climb the cottage stairs to the first floor and find a sumptuous super-king-size bedroom, which can be converted to a twin room on request thanks to its zip-and-link beds.
