A stunning cottage 10 feet from a beautiful sandy beach, offering unrivalled sea views across the bay. A short walk from the ever-popular harbour of Mevagissey.
The sandy beach is right in front of you and there is a traditional family friendly pub serving food and real ale a few steps away. Mevagissey is one of the most popular fishing villages in Cornwall with a range of shops, pubs, restaurants and galleries and can be reached by foot in fifteen minutes. The regional town of Truro is a 20 minute drive and has a range of leisure activities and high street and independent shops. You will also be perfectly positioned for touring Cornwall with a host of attractions to suit all tastes which include Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Eden Project, the tall ships at Charlestown, Lands End and The Tate Gallery at St Ives to name but a few.
Upon arriving at the cottage, the views across the bay will offer a fabulous welcome. The cottage opens into the lounge and dining area. The dining area has a nautical theme and provides a wonderful backdrop across the bay, making every mealtime spectacular. After finishing your meal, guests can make their way to the lounge which is finished with comfortable seating TV and roaring woodburner, perfect for those lazy evenings. A bright and airy sunroom is perfect for kicking back with that book you’ve been meaning to read. Why not open up the patio doors to extend the area outside on a warm day? An additional breakfast room is great place to plan your day with your favourite beverage. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric range oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and wine cooler. Heading upstairs, guests can find the bedrooms, which all come with TVs. The first is king-size bedroom with Jack and Jill en-suite shower room with WC. The next is a king-size with stunning views. There are also two twin bedrooms. There is a family bathroom which has a bath, separate shower and WC.
Outside guests can enjoy the private suntrap enclosed rear garden with seating. There is also an external wet room, ideal for a quick wash off after a day at the beach. There is parking for 4 cars. Please note in high seas and stormy weather, parking is in the pub car park approx. 50m from the property.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
