Set amongst a small group of barns with a potter’s studio, this charming holiday cottage located just off the far South-Western end of the A30 is also only half a mile from the pretty village of Crows-An-Wra. A walker’s paradise, open moorland and rural countryside are right on the doorstep, while easy road access allows you to explore this popular part of West Cornwall including must-see destinations such as Poldark’s rugged film scenery, Land’s End, the Minack Theatre, the charming village of Mousehole, and beautiful sandy beaches at Sennen Cove and Porthcurno.
Inside, the open-plan accommodation has been beautifully decorated in a calming coastal theme to reflect this property’s desirable location. At one end of the large reception room, an elevated kitchen area contains an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. After you have finished your meals, step down into the stylish lounge area, where you will find comfortable sofas, carefully chosen accessories and a TV/DVD. There are two bedrooms in this property, one king-size and one double (there is restricted access to the bed and TV). Featuring exposed beams, coastal décor and wooden flooring, the stunning bedrooms share a family bathroom with overhead shower and WC.
French windows open out on to a private enclosed garden, a suntrap with a gravelled patio area, hedging and wild flowers. There is allocated off-road parking available for two cars.
