Impeccably located for discovering the very best of this tourist-trap town, this centrally-located property is just a short walk from the town centre with its many art galleries, the wide sandy beaches dotted all around and the fantastic working harbour (all accessible within 0.5 miles). The town also sits on the very edge of the Penwith Heritage Coast (1 mile), a 33-mile stretch of coast and countryside that leads you all the way round to Penzance (8 miles). Jump on your bike or dust off your walking boots to discover a clifftop route along the South West Coast Path (0.5 miles), perhaps driving half the way before plotting a route along the dramatic coastline of Land’s End (18 miles).

Step inside to find yourself in an open-plan living space with awe-inspiring views of the surrounding seas; perhaps curl up in the lounge’s window seat to watch the boats pass by with your morning coffee in hand. The kitchen, along with shared bathrooms on both the ground and first floors, features underfloor heating to keep your toes toasty after a full day of surfing or swimming in the sea. Follow a flight of stairs up to the first floor to find four pretty bedrooms, each one decorated with traditional furnishings. Two rooms at the front of the house feature TVs and DVD players and fantastic sea views, whilst the two rooms at the back of the house offer equally attractive views of The Warren and TVs.
The central location of this property means that there’s no private outdoor space, however, it’ll only take a minute to wander down to Porthminster Beach to soak up the fresh sea air.
